Is god "Worthy" of your praises?

Who is a God?
Why is he different from us?
Is he special? Does he posses any Powers? That humans are not capable of?
Why do we need to praise him?
Why are there so many Gods and so many religions?

I'm not arguing about the existence of God ( that, I'll do in another rant)
I'm just wondering whether he is Worthy of the praises he gets.

When I was a kid, I was taught that God is all powerful, has control over everything, guides and protects everyone, and most importantly I was told many many times that God is good.
People even named some qualities ( or Powers) of God.
They say he's
- Omnipresent - present everywhere
- Omnipotent - he can do anything
- Omniscient- he knows everything
And he created the universe and everything in it, so we have to worship him.
But when it comes to reality, you doubt how much of this is true.
Let's check them one by one

- Omnipresent

He is everywhere. He is with you when you think about committing a mistake (sin), he is with you when your writing your exam, so pray before you start your exam they used to say.
So he must also be sitting beside the lady, in the auto, who was travelling at night. And must have watched the auto driver and his friend throw her 3 year old kid out of the moving auto, and rape her and dump her body. He must've have been sitting in the back of the bus when the gruesome Delhi gangrape was happening.
I would definitely assume at least he would be in the temple we built for him, watching the rape of Asifa.
He would also be present when the Hindu was killing the Muslim and his nephew (or some kid) was shooting the video and uploading to Facebook. He was there when the body of the child washed up on to the shore. He was there when some sociopaths are shooting innocent people in schools, concerts.
From my childhood, I was interested in superhero comics like Superman, my favorite being Batman 😎. In those stories, the heroes go against the bad guys, whatever the odds might be. I know they're just stories, but I assume " a good god" to do something instead of just sitting and watching the crimes.

He was there.....🙇

- Omnipotent

Superman is vulnerable to kryptonite, and Batman is just a man dressed up as a bat. Still they fight, if not today, then tomorrow.
But how can a God capable of doing anything, doesn't do anything. People use the excuse that God doesn't interfere in people's lives,he has given them free Will. And by interrupting he can't take away their free will. Didn't Asifa had her own free will? If the priest and the police chose to rape her and exercise their free will, what happens to Asifa's free will of living a full Life? By not doing anything, even though he is capable of doing anything, he ended up making the evil guys Free Will win over a small girl's Free Will.
He can stop people from committing crimes, he can help children dying from cancer and infections all over the world.
If you we're there, would you try to stop it?

- He was there, he could stop it - but he didn't! ðŸ™†‍♂️

- Omniscient

That means he knows everything. He knows that all these things were going to happen, when they'll happen, how they're going to happen but didn't do anything. He also should know all these events are going to repeat, he didn't do anything still.
So to sum it up,

He knows that something bad would happen, he was there when it was happening, he had the means to stop it, but still didn't. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I'm not saying he should do this or that, I'm just saying if God is really there, he might be chilling with his favourite beverage in his hand, and doesn't care about you or me or anyone else.

So should we still give our praises, gifts, time to him??
🤬🤬🤬
🤬🤬🤬

God and death 💀

Below events are not dramatized in any kind! "............God could have helped it, I don't know why he didn't!...." It was a pretty normal day for me! I was busy doing my thing, when suddenly mom came into my room tears rolling down her eyes, and broke the news to me! A very dear member of our large family passed away! It was so sudden, and unexpected that I couldn't think of anything to say! It was a road accident! And nothing could be done! While talking about this incident a fine gentleman said "God could've helped, I don't why he didn't".  I actually liked the question and inquired further,  " so why didn't he?" "It's not like only ( a particular religion) people die, others die too, everyday, from many different causes!" "But that doesn't answer the question why didn't God help" "Having hope helps, believing in God helps" "that still doesn't answer the question" ...

Some thoughts on Religion

1) genesis, creation - the beginning : what about the beginning of the universe? If god wanted just to create earth then why all the universe? Is there no life any where out in the universe? Do they also have the same god? Are they wrong or are we? If life is intelligently designed.then why is there lots of vacuum or emptiness in space? It only points out to wasteful or bad design 2/3 of the earth is covered in water, and we can't live there. Humans are not the strongest beings, nor the biggest! We get infected by the smallest of organisms! What of all this points to an intelligent design?  2) there are so many religions. Are all true? Or all false?  Can your's be false? If all are true then are there many gods? This is where Pascal's wager doesn't make sense! [Pascal's wager  is an argument in philosophy presented by the seventeenth-century French  philosopher ,  mathematician  and  physicist ,  Blaise Pascal  (1623–1662). [1] ...
